Today, we would like to inform you about the current situation at EICKEMEYER® and the effects of the corona virus (COVID-19).
EICKEMEYER® CPD Seminars and Trade Shows
We have postponed all EICKEMEYER® CPD events for the next few weeks and we are working hard to find new dates for all courses. Participants are automatically booked for the new date and will be informed accordingly. Regarding the trade shows we will put the new dates on our web site as soon as we have received them.
Field Sales and travel activities
In order to protect our customers and team members, we will stop all our field service and travel activities. You will no longer receive visits from your EICKEMEYER® staff until further notice.
There are no significant restrictions on the delivery of your orders. The supply chain continues to work well, and we keep our delivery promises as usual. Hygiene measures in our logistics center have been tightened and our members of staff continue to process your orders smoothly in cooperation with our shipping partners.
Some of our medical technicians, who are otherwise active in the field, will now join us in our workshop. We therefore have additional capacities in the repair service available. If you have the opportunity, e.g. to look through your surgical kits or to check your clipper blades, now is a good time to send these products in for sharpening or repair.
