Repair service for equipment and instruments

Sometimes it is more cost effective to repair a device instead of purchasing a replacement product. In our workshop all repairs are carried out ​​quickly and efficiently. Information on our after-sales repairs can be found here.

If you have any questions or problems with the installation of PC-ECG, X-ray, digital microscopes or ERG devices one of our technicians can remotely access your device software for assistance.

For this service a technician fee may be applicable.

Repair Service

Accidents happen, products get dropped. Sometimes repairing a product is possible, which can save you an unnecessary expense. Contact us, we are here to help. 

Repairs are carried out to manufacturers’ standards in our workshop whenever possible. Repair and replacement costs depend on your product, damage and your coverage under warranty.

Larger medical devices may be able to be repaired on-site. Call our customer service team for an appointment.

Orders will only be agreed and accepted for return if goods and packaging are received in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.

Special order items obtained for the customer may not be accepted as a return for credit.
